Yesterday I came back from a school (well actually school band) trip to Nashville over my April break. It was a great time and I still feel some post vacation blues just because the trip was so awesome. We stayed in the Opryland hotel which was nothing short of breathtaking (seriously just Google it) and did all sorts of cool stuff over the week. We went to the zoo and saw some animals and I felt like I was on an African safari. We also went to the mall and I brought some new headphones because I have lots of munny and I also bought a Pikachu (TM) hat. The design of the Pikachu (Trade Mark) hat is very cool and I like it a lot. We also went to some cool restaurants (including the Rain forest Cafe and the Aquarium Restaurant) and we also saw this country music thing at the Grand Ole Opry. We played music there and got the silver award so I guess we did pretty good. Hardly any of the trip was actually about band so it was just a good time. We got to walk around Nashville which is a really nice city and I listened to a lot of country music cuz 'murica. We went to the Tennessee state house and I now know that 3 presidents came from Tennessee. They were Andrew Jackson, Andrew Johnson, and James K Polk. Now you will pass history class, kids. It was a lot of fun, but the bus ride was very long and tedious. We watched Forrest Gump on the way, so I guess it wasn't a bad ride. I hope I get to go back to Nashville soon.
